Step 10: The Roof

Now it’s time to put the lid on our home.  We start with the trusses, seen here.  Our structurally engineered trusses come designed for the proper snowload rating.  Here in Spokane they are rated at 40 lbs. , however, we can have them engineered to whatever snowload is required or higher yet if you prefer.
